Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Property owners, please be reminded that any outdoor building projects, landscaping changes or other improvements must be submitted with plans to the Gulf Aire Architectural Control Committee (ACC)  to review prior to commencement of an outdoor project or construction. ACC requests must come from the property owner. The ACC cannot accept requests from a contractor/builder.

Upon completion of the ACC review process, a letter from the Board with their approval or additional comments for revisions will be returned to the applicant.  Any required revisions cited by the Board or its professionals must be resubmitted to the ACC for review prior to commencement of construction.

Upon final approval from the Board an approval letter will be issue to the applicant.  Please note that each lot requires a separate application and set of plans.
