WEATHER IS NOT COOPERATING... Our meeting is moving to Thursday, June 18 under the pavilion.
Summer Reminders from the Gulf Aire HOA Board
Dear Gulf Aire Residents,
With summer approaching quickly, we want to share a few friendly reminders to help keep Gulf Aire beautiful, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
Summer brings more guests, more traffic, more beach days, more golf carts, and more activity throughout the neighborhood. A little courtesy and attention from each of us can go a long way toward making this a great summer for all.
Parking
Please help keep our streets clear and our neighborhood looking its best.
Vehicles should be parked in driveways and garages whenever possible.
Please remember:
- No parking on Gulf Aire roads. Roads must remain clear for emergency vehicles at all times.
- No parking on lawns or landscaped areas. This can damage grass, affect neighborhood appearance, and potentially damage underground utilities or drainage areas.
- Homeowners, guests, and tenants are responsible for making sure vehicles are parked properly.
Boats, Trailers, and RVs
Boats, trailers, and RVs may only be stored on your lot if they are not visible from the parcel frontage, an adjacent parcel, or an adjacent common area, consistent with Florida Statute 720.3045.
Temporary placement in front of the home is permitted while actively loading, unloading, or cleaning.
Please also be courteous to your neighbors. Do not park on or drive across another owner’s lawn or property.
For reference: Florida Statute 720.3045 — Installation, Display, and Storage of Items.
Pool
Please follow all posted pool rules and help keep the pool area clean and secure.
A few important reminders:
- Close gates tightly behind you and your guests.
- Pick up after yourself and your guests.
- Do not prop gates open.
- Respect the posted pool hours and rules.
A detailed list of pool rules is available on the Gulf Aire website:

Pickleball and Tennis Courts
Please help protect the courts and keep them available for Gulf Aire residents.
- Close gates securely behind you and your guests.
- Proper tennis/court shoes should be worn on the courts.
- Organized tournaments or outside group events are not permitted unless they are limited to Gulf Aire owners and their guests.
- Please be respectful of others waiting to use the courts.
Beach Access
Our private beach access is one of Gulf Aire’s greatest assets. Please help protect it.
- Close gates securely behind you and your guests.
- Remove everything you bring with you.
- Pick up all trash.
- Leave no trace.
- Fill in all holes before leaving the beach. This helps protect nesting turtles and prevents injuries to other beachgoers.
Beach fires are permitted only when there is no active Gulf County burn ban. All coals, debris, and trash must be fully cleaned up and disposed of properly. Again: leave no trace.
Fireworks
Fireworks are only permitted on the designated holidays allowed by Florida law:
- New Year’s Day — January 1
- Independence Day — July 4
- New Year’s Eve — December 31
If you use fireworks, please clean up all debris afterward and be considerate of neighbors, pets, children, and fire hazards.
For more information, please review Florida Statute Chapter 791.
Golf Carts
Golf carts are popular in Gulf Aire, but they must be operated safely and legally.
Please remember:
- A person under 18 may operate a golf cart on public roads only if they have a valid learner’s permit or driver license.
- Children who do not meet the age and license requirements may not operate a golf cart, even with an adult riding in the cart.
- Golf carts may not cross Highway 98.
- Golf carts must have proper safety equipment, including brakes, steering, safe tires, rearview mirror, reflectors, and any other equipment required by law.
- For operation after dark where permitted, golf carts must have headlights, brake lights, turn signals, and a windshield.
Please slow down, watch for pedestrians, and use good judgment when operating golf carts in the neighborhood.
Pets
We love our furry Gulf Aire residents too. Please help keep the neighborhood clean and safe.
- Pets must be leashed when outside.
- Pet owners are responsible for picking up all pet waste.
- Please do not allow pets to roam onto neighboring properties.
For more information, please review Gulf County Animal Control Ordinance 2025-06.
Landscaping and Property Projects
If you are planning improvements to your home, yard, landscaping, exterior structure, driveway, fencing, or other visible property features, please submit an Architectural Control Committee request before beginning work.
ACC request forms, plans, drawings, or related questions may be submitted to:
